Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions are:

1. Furniture is to be checked for any visable damage on collection from customer and customer must sign checksheet. We are not responsible for any damage which may occur during the respray.
2. Multisurface Repair Ltd are not responsible for any defects in the furniture or otherwise.
3. Multisurface Repair Ltd will pick up furniture from an address provided by the customer and return it once the respray is complete (This includes a waiting period for the item to dry).
4. Condition 3 takes 1-10 working days per item.
5. If either of Condition 3 or 4 does not take place there will be no refund.
6. Any cancellations must be done within 2 days of the job so that Multisurface Repair Ltd have time to cancel pick up service. Only if the job is cancelled before this time can a refund be offered.
7. Multisurface Repair Ltd will contact the customer when collecting and delivering the furniture.
